Traditions includes a selection of traditional catalan sweets:
-Encenalls, crunchy almond cookies with dark xocolate. We don’t produce encenalls in summer due to high temperatures, so we change it for pine nuts panellets (marzipan balls).
-Pastissets de Tortosa, pastries filled with pumpkin jam and moscatell (sweet wine).
-Catànies, caramelized almonds with chocolate and cocoa.
-Carquinyolis, crunchy almond pastry.
-Honey balls bag, one of our best sellers.
